Terms of service Boxspring beds

Your official proof of service

Keep your original proof of purchase of the new boxspring bed in combination with the terms of service or service card from the service set or your original purchase invoice of the new boxspring bed with the registered certificate you received by post or e-mail. One of these combinations is considered your official proof of service.

What is covered within the service?

Stain service

The most common stains are all covered by All in House Service*. 

For furniture textiles, we clean the following stains from:

All drinks, such as:

  • Coffee, tea and chocolate milk
  • Coke and other sodas
  • Wine, beer and liqueur
 

All foods, such as:

  • Spaghetti, soup
  • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
  • Ketchup, mayonaise, curry
 

All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:

  • Perspiration
  • Skin grease
  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Vomit
  • Feces
 
For all cases that fall outside the stain service, we will work with you, where possible, to find an appropriate solution. As a customer of All in House Service, you will then enjoy a 50% discount on our standard cleaning rate. 

Construction service

We offer the solution for the following construction problems*:

  • Removing of textile pilling

  • Remedying excessive indentation of sleeping areas

  • Fixing, fastening or replacing loose springs

  • Fixing loose stitching

  • Fixing of squeaks and creaks

  • Securing loose connections

  • Securing loose knots

  • Fixing or replacing broken framework

  • Fixing or replacing electrical parts such as motors, transformers, batteries, etc.

  • Fixing operating mechanisms

*For any other construction problems, we may also be able to offer a solution. As a customer of All in House Service, you enjoy a 50% discount on our normal consumer rate.
 
Always ensure that someone of at least 18 years old is present and make sure a clean working environment is in order for our service specialist so he can do his job properly at all times. In addition, for their own safety, our service specialists should always wear their work shoes in the house. This way we make sure your furniture stays in peak condition. Together. Thank you.

To increase the chances of a successful stain removal, it is important that we can provide you with quick service. We would therefore kindly ask you to always report your stain within 3 days of its occurrence.

What is excluded from the service?

  • Boxspring beds that have been used improperly
  • Characteristics that are part of furniture use, such as normal wear and tear, wear marks and discoloration   
  • Stains or damage caused by chemicals, transport or during assembly
  • The service is personal and non-transferable 

Please note: All in House Service is not a cleaning subscription, it is a stain and construction service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered within the service.  
 
Do you have a problem that is not covered within the service or do you still have a need for a full furniture cleaning? We are happy to help with this as well! For all cases outside the terms of service, we will work together with you to find a suitable solution if possible.
